As you start nearing retirement age, it gets harder to get a good night’s sleep. It’s important that you practice healthy sleep habits by establishing a routine. A lot of people are so busy with heir jobs, or other commitments, that they put their sleep on the back burner as a priority. However, sleep should be one of the most important things you do to keep yourself healthy. When you sleep, you rejuvenate your muscles and strengthen your immune system, not to mention getting enough sleep helps you better regulate your emotions, and improves your cognitive abilities! 

Eat Healthy Foods 

It’s ok to indulge once in a while, however, the majority of your diet should be full of healthy and nutritious choices. That means plenty of vegetables and fruits, and of course lean proteins.
